Asking politely might help.

I am glad that you got the house moved at least. Claiming your house and making sure that all your house information is up to date and correct may also help. You can also claim your house here for even more access to your house information. Just go the the section of your main home page that says ownership information and click "claim this home" It is quick and easy. Update any home facts that are out of date for a more accurate Zestimate. You can also look at creating an owners estimate to include features that Zillow does not have listed like remodels, additions, improvements etc. too here. Any changes that you make will be immediate on your home facts, but make take a week or two to work into the larger system and to show up if there is a change in your value. Hope the links are helpful.

Thank you, I managed to move it, now perhaps the value will go up since the house next door is the same and is listed for $40,000 more

My house is appreciably lower than comparables on the same street but in line with the other developments. When it goes to street view you are on another street a mile away.

From what I have read, the photo and the house information is not linked together on Zillow. So if the house photo is wrong, the info for your house should not be affected. The photos come from outside companies and they are layered over maps to make the picture that comes up with your address. The house info comes from the assessor's info, recent sales in your area, neighborhood value trends etc. You can move your house icon on the bird's eye view if that would help. This link might help with that. Most folks can get the house placed on the map much better if not perfect with a little fiddling.

Not a clue, the photo takes you to some other street that isn't the same either. The street names aren't even close.

Wow, that is interesting. Zillow has customer support, so I would email or call them, but that is disturbing.
This is just curiousity but do you have any idea why it may have confused you with the other development? Do they have similiar names or something? I think Zillow gets information from tax roles and they are often in error.
