Regionally, onlly the South saw a decline (5.3 percent). All other regionis rose by double digit gains:
  • Northeast - 29.2 percent
  • Midwest - 43.1 percent
  • West - 22.6 percent

Yes but sustained by what? If the $8k goes away and jobs don't recover it'll be a false(temporary) gain. Nice to have fresh air before going back under for a swim..lol
