The property appraiser's site is not always accurate nor is Zillow. There are many factors that impact value that neither site can know. If you want a true market value for your home ask a Realtor who knows your market for a comparative market analysis. If you want a value for insurance purposes ask your insurance agent. If you want the value that you might get for financing purposes pay a professional appraiser (talk to the bank 1st).

Ok you are using values that are from Jan 2010 almost 2 years old. That explains the difference. Thanks

The tax assessment for 2010 was $425K, and the Zestimate is $511. As Zillow doesn't have access to details of a newly rebuilt home (they are not an appraisal site and don't walk through homes but only work off numbers, an important thing to do it to claim your home and make sure the data (including the build date) are correct.
The Z estimate on my home is 1/2 what the property appraisers tax estimate is for my home.
