Zillow only uses public records. The County Auditor's Office may have not yet entered the lowered property tax amount into its systems. You can check your County Auditor's web site to see what the current taxes are. It also can take Zillow awhile to receive a new feed from the County Audit's Office.
The annual tax bill for 2009 was lowered to $2,800
