List the home for the rent you feel is correct.  If you have no response, then you will know that it is not the right amount.  If you use a company that specializes in managing rentals, they would be a great source to help you determine the amount of rent you could expect.

It is just an estimate, or as Zillow calls it an "Zestimate"  Even their fine print admits it may be off by as much as +/- 20%.  I have found them to be off my more as well.  It is not a fact, it is their guess and that is about it.  No one else uses it in the real estate industry to set prices or values. 

Enjoy your rental and don't lose any sleep over what Zillow says it is or is not worth.
