3 baths vs 1/2 baths listed- also missing information ( # of bedrooms) which I am sure affects the zillow pricing-

You can claim the house to make the updates. To do so, go to the home details page, hover over the "Edit" option and click "Claim your home". Once done claiming, option to update home facts, description and photos will be available in the "Edit" option.
