The home I listed is not pictured in homes for sale

I listed a home with zillow 10 days ago, but it does not show up on any list.  The only place it shows up is "My Zillow" which means that I am the ONLY one who sees it.  Paid money for extra pictures.  Please advise.

Another one whose listing only appears if the zip code is used. Zillow should either start immediately doing refunds, or hire some IT people that know how to correct this situation immediately. When and if fixed, the listing day count should be rolled back to zero with a new count started the day of the correction.

Okoboji iowa, maybe you can get something done by flagging the listing with the flag on the left hand column on the listing's "Overview" page. There might even be a customer service contact info button or link on the owner's view on that page as well. Good luck
