Nice back garden. We used to live in CO.
The edits you mention have been saved and I can see them. They will not overwrite "public facts".
The listingsupport E-mail is only for properties that are on the market. Customer service is at this E-mail., however, but as your edits have saved it appears you've solved the problems.
There is one bug in their system that they always report the full square footage as "per floor". that is not unique to your house, it is Zillow's bug.

Like Wetdawgs said on the previous post, it takes a while for the update effects on your Zestimate.

Thank you SO MUCH for that emil link!! Really appreciate your help! Thanks for checking it out so you can see for yourself. But my z-estimate is the very same as a decrepit house in foreclosure, down and around the corner. The very same! I'd give you that address, but they can't get together on it (the city). It's on White Buffalo; bid had been accepted, but have seen no activity by woman who said she bought it. Would be great for the neighborhood!

Hi triathlyn: Neither Sunnyview nor I are Zillow employees so don't have the ability to identify which home is yours without you telling us.
I can see in your profile that you edited your home facts today, last month and in August. Are the room numbers not saving? Usually what happens is that the room numbers save and then one opens "more facts" you'll see combined facts showing your changes and "public facts" as different and what Zillow obtained through third party data providers from the public records.
Or, if the facts did save but the Zestimate hasn't changed perhaps it is wait time. It takes several weeks to several months from editing facts until the Zestimate updates fully. The last one I monitored carefully was 8 weeks.

Thank you, both. I HAVE done this, but they continue to post it as per what you see! (2 bed, 1 story). I've entered all the improvements, correct sq footage, all weatherization, along with all other german facts. It doesn't seem to make a difference in their database, and my house estimate prices out with homes in the neighborhood with 3/2!! This is infuriating. Will you take a look and let me know if you think there is more I can do? Many thanks,
Lynne

You can claim your home and edit the data to reflect the five bedrooms, basement size and stories. (Zillow won't do it for you unless they have a an official way to verify it.)

Owners can claim their house and edit the bed and bath count immediately. Go to your main home page and use the yellow "Edit" pencil under the main house photo to claim your house and then you will be able to "edit the facts" with a link in that same menu on your home page.
You can update bed bath counts, adjust square footage, add features etc.

The home at 7025 has 5 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Zillow continues to erroeously sate "2 bedrooms"
