Also, it seems with Zillow that lot size has very little impact...probably because it often has little impact on tax assesment.

You also have to take into account that when a zestimate is created, you can think of a home as being at the center of radius of homes. Any sales with in that circle affect the zestimate price. So even though a neighbor's home is very close, it creates an entirely different circle, if the home is the direct center.

But the main thing to remember is that it is ONLY a zestimate...a starting point...a completely computer created valuation using only what public information is available....how accurate could it be really?

I'm not a Zillow's employee but Zillow uses neither upgraded inside nor landscaped back and front yards to calculate the home value, they use the purchase price and the Tax assessment to estimate the home value.
you may open the home detail pages to see if there are the different in the purchase prices and the tax assessments, in the Tax history section.

Built in 2007.Both  one story. Ours is highly upgraded inside and the yard is landscaped. The rear house has a very simple landscaping and I don't know about the interior but it was purchased nearly a  year later than our home and was a builder finished product so the interior amenities are probably substantially less.
