Usually when a price such as $1,195 appears with a listing, it is either  a typo or a rental price.

If you flag the property and bring it to the attention of Zillow, they can investigate.

You need to specify which property or give us the link.  I would say this is a mistake or it is beyond repair for this price.  Even a lot with this value is unbuildable.  INHO.
