I was wondering if any of you could share some information in regard with the costs of home ownership in the state of GA.

Which particular county in GA has the lowest cost of home ownership such as Property Tax, Utilities Services, HOA etc ..
Also which particular city in Gwinnett county offers the lowest cost of home ownership.

I heard that Lawrenceville city has the lowest cost of home ownership in Gwinnett county. Is that true?
