The moss on the roof looks bad. So does all the needles from the tree. Is this bad for the house?

Also, can a neighbor park his motorhome, indefinitely, in the driveway?  This looks troublesome to me.

Unfortunately, in Portland a homeowner can park his/her unsightly RV on their property.  There are some catches thou, it must be up-to-date with it's registration with DMV.  It must be parked on concrete.  And finally, it must be in operational condition (ie, all tires attached, not sitting on blocks).
