The property might still be under the previous owner's account. If the property is not listed for sale, you can dispute the claim by going to the home details page, hover over "Edit" and click "Report problem with home". You can choose "Incorrect owner claim" from the "Problem" drop down menu and then provide information to prove you are the rightful owner.

The only option I have under "edit" on my own home is to "Report a problem with home". I cannot make
