Hi pesante-
Here's how you can claim the property.
1. Log in to Zillow.com using your account.
2. Go to the property you wish to claim.
3. Click Report problem with home.

4. Select Incorrect owner claim, wait for the page to load and choose the option why you want to claim the home.

After finishing this, you should already be seeing the option to update the property details of your home.
Hope this helps and thanks for using Zillow.
Thank you,
Carl H

In order to update property information, it is necessary to first claim the home. You can find this option to claim under "edit" on the home details page IF the house is not for sale with an agent or listed through another source.

The option to update property details is missing on property profile?
