Where do you do that ? Is it when you create a Zestimate? Or looking for comps, or ?
I believe you can only go back 12 months. Going back MORE than 12 months to create a Zestimate would give an erroneous estimate of value.
A Zestimate, or appraisal, or any valuation of a home, is a CURRENT value of worth, and the most recent sales data is required.
If its dated sales you need for a specific property, use the chart for that property and click TIME PERIOD - 5 years on the left of the chart.

The recently sold filter only goes back 12 months, not 36 as I've chosen. Why?
