I am a broker..  My clients just closed on this beautiful house, in the special setting.
While Zillow is useful, it is useless in identifying special value sites, such as this.
All the lots on the west side of this block...are 30 feet wide, not the usual 25.
The houses are all Craftsman style, with elaborate landscaping....Too bad there is no
easy metric for Zillow to incorporate here.
