The Google street views use Flash; the Birds eye views (from Microsoft Bing) does not.
Likely there is an issue with the flash player for your browser. Check the version and make sure it is enabled. If you haven't loaded Flash for your browser yet, go to the Adobe.com website and download the Flash player.
If that is not the issue, it could be the bandwidth of your connection and the time to transfer the images to your computer. Zillow may be timing out. It is worse on some browsers like AOL.

Not all visuals are complete in all areas. You'll find many more birds-eye views available than street views. Wait another 10-20 years and I bet there will still be missing street views. At the end of the day there's nothing like going and seeing the home in person.

The street view screen is black yet the birds eye view comes out perfect
