Not at this time. I removed the Make Me Move price...every time I look around the property, I ask myself what it would take to get me to sell...I think it would have to be a trade. Possibly this property on Silcott Springs Rd in Purcellville, VA. It will be a good comparable to my property if it sells (although it has 60 acres and my property is only 11.5).

It just came on the market....in fact, as of today it is only on RealtyWatch.com - Long and Foster and ZipRealty.com have yet to pick up the new listing. Anything I can do to help comparable properties sell is good for me.
