This building is junk the current Managment company Rany and the owner Dorothy Yassan (and HOA board member) with about 49% ownership of the buliding has 3 pending lawsuits online with cook county. Coin Mach, Dreamer Group Inc and a anonymous name. There is no license for the association it's expired you can look that up. The building has been on loopnet for 2 years for sale. It's a joke and Kama is coming back around to the bitterness and anger. Also found out someone operates a ham radio goggle that and feel free to add. Buyers have been taken for a ride!
