The wrong address is listed on Zillow for our neighbors home for sale so my FSBO looks overpriced!
The realtor listed home on our street, without a pool, has a "south" address instead of a "north" address making the Zestimate way off. The same "south" address has a pool and does not appear to be for sale. My home is FSBO and is priced to the comps in the area with a pool but according to the Zestimate on the house down the street, we're overpriced and theirs is a steal! Please someone tell me how to have this corrected!
