A Zestimate is a number generated by a computer model using the core facts (number of bedrooms, bathrooms, house size, lot size, location etc). It doesn't not include many things that may add value (pools, new kitchens, various upgrades, views etc).
Therefore the first step is to claim your home, then edit the facts if there are incorrect facts. Check the comps and change those if the ones the computer selected are inappropriate. If these will affect the Zestimate, then be patient - it can take a few weeks to a few months to reflect in the Zestimate.
You can also do the owner's estimate to reflect the home details that may add value but are outside the basic Zestimate.
You can read the details on these in the Zillow FAQs

The zestimate for my house is off by $200,000. How can I change this?
