The zestimate is way off for my home

The exact same home, same model, two houses down, sold for 1050000 this month. My home zestimate is 884000. It has been wrong, low, for a year. I paid 880000 in may 2012 and that was a great deal. The zestimate right after went down to the 700's. i think it was a mistake. I have remodeled, the other one was untouched since 1998. It makes no sense.

The algorithms that Zillow uses often have some inaccuracies and they have no way to account for improvements, etc. since they have not seen your home. I can give you a CMA (comparative market analysis) with no-cost and no-obligation if you would like to know the current market value of your home.
