The zillow estimate on my home is considerably less than identical neighboring homes. Why?

All the homes in my subdivision were built 2005-2009 and are comparable in size, features, yet my home is valued for less. The zestimate shows my home has lost 25% value and the neighboring homes have lost 17-21% value. How can this be accurate. My lot is larger, cul-de-sac, professionally landscaped and well maintained...not to mention other improvements. I hate this site...it makes my home look like a dump or something.

Zillow uses public records to figure the zestimates.  I am familiar with the Wingate area.  You can go into the site, log in and claim your home and update the information.  I will be glad to help.  Your info can only be changed by the current owner or a realtor.  Let me know if I can help.
