There are no more zesimates for Cincinnati in the 45243 zip code. What is the reason for this?

Under zestimates for all homes in the 45243, it now says N/A and gives the tax assessment only. Can anyone tell me why?

We have no Zestimates in Hamilton county which covers zip code 45243 because we received very low volume of transactions for Hamilton  county in recent months.  We are investigating the low volume issue...
