There is a photo of mine on the zillow web site and there doesn't appear to be anyway to get it off.

I would be ok with leaving the picture on the site if someone would pay for it.

My picture has been taken but not by a real estate agent but by a property manager advertising an apartment.  I have tried to contact them several times.   My lawyer says that Zillow is responsible for the content on their site.

Is the photo associated with an historical listing that you had, or is it associated with an entirely different property.   you can flag the property with "report problem" on the home details page and request that the photo be removed.

If another agent or the owner kidnapped your photo for their own purposes, you can contact them about copyright and desire to be paid for use of your photo.
