Empty lot in between 2035 and 2045 on Arrowhead Ave. Is that National forest ?

Or does some one own that? If some one owns it - is it for sale? PLEASE advise. THX

The empty lot between 2035 & 2045 Arrowhead is owned by the same owner as 2035 Arrowhead. It is not owned by the USFS. It is not currently for sale on the MLS or has it been for quite some time.
