Another point is that Zillow is getting the information and listings from different sources, such MLS, Virtual tours, other ads or advertisements like with Yahoo (as they are affiliated since last year), in addition to owners or Realtors. If you e-mail me the address, I may get you more info or instructions.

If you are the owner or a Realtor, it is easier as you have the option to "claim" the property. You can e-mail Zillow requesting their help to change or edit the info. It may have different information on each one, therefore the estimate will show a different value, such Sq Ft, land size, year, how many bedrooms etc.
Local Realtor as myself, can get you the most accurate value, beside a professional appraiser.
