We handle lots of properties in the Bay Area and have never had a problem with an incorrect Zillow listing before this. Although it's a relatively small point, we'll take this matter higher. Thanks for your time.

Hi profbutterscotch -
I called your county office and they verified that 49 Bellevue Ave # A is valid. As you can see, they have two different parcel numbers. You can claim this property that doesn't have the unit "A".
Thank you.

The official (ONLY) address is 49 Bellevue, Belvedere CA 94920. There is a dividing line in the lot (2 parcels) because part of the property is in the water. We just wish Zillow would get it right in its listing (NO #A). It's disconcerting to see that Zillow is the only real estate website that has assigned an incorrect addition to the listing (nowhere in the county records is there a #A on the property). Can't tell you how to run your site but either you strive to be correct in your listings or not. Can you forward me the contact info for the Zillow owner / manager of the site?

Thank you hpvanc for the help!
@profbutterscotch
I was able to contact your county office and they verified that these are two different properties. You can claim the property in the first link as you said yours shouldn't have a letter "A" in it.
Thank you.

Neil: I guess I'm not communicating too well. We DON'T want the #A in the address. The only website that says 49 Bellevue #A is Zillow. If Zillow can REMOVE #A (so it correctly reads: 49 Bellevue) we would very much appreciate it. Thanks.

Hi profbutterscotch -
This is the property details page for the property you mentioned in which it doesn't show the letter "A". If you can see another property details page for this property (that has a letter "A" in it), you can send it to me so I can check.
Thank you.

Thank you for checking. The link you sent, like all other real estate website links to the property (except Zillow), does not show #A after 49 Bellevue. As said before, there is no #A or #B or # anything. Can you change Zillow's listing so that it is correct?

There is no # A or # anything at 49 Bellevue, Belvedere CA. How do I remove # A from the address?
