We won't be able to see any "turned corner" until at least April, when we find out if the Government will leave well enough along, relying on the spring and summer buying season to handle the coming foreclosures, or to see if they will need to step in again.

As long as the government is propping up the market, it is just more of the same.

Yes, congress was very worried about having to dole out insurance payments to the depositors of the mega financial institution due to all those pending foreclosures that are still on their way. And the recent legislation just proves they haven't stopped worrying yet.

Though it may look like they care about the Realtors, they really don't. All they care about is their pet projects and the desires of the mega-contributors.
