This 2-family has many improvements.

It has 2 updated bathrooms in #24, hardwood floors (Pergo on top floor), updated kitchen, dry basement with French drains and 2 sump pumps, insulated walls, newer heating systems, de-leaded.  How can these facts be reflected in the Zestimate?  Sincerely, C. Stevens

Often a z estimate is more an estimate of what houses in the neighborhood are selling for. More of a Sales comparison approach than cost. In this regards they are not very accurate price wise are more or less just a guide by which get an idea of what your property may be worth. If you were to have a good relationship with a local realtor they could give you an opinion on price based on your upgrades that would be more in line with true value!
