When I list a home, I pick and choose what market I think will best serve my clients. The company I am with has a huge profile(we are #2 and quickly climbing) so just putting it on our company website works plus I know who is going to or not going to bring the buyer. I love Zillow though and would always put it on this site!

Some agents don't use the internet as heavily as others. Like the previous answer, tell your agent you would like it to be added if that offer does not go through.

Zillow usually has most homes. Congratulations on your offer! =Your agent can add it for you.

Zillow doesn't always have the most accurate data, so just because the home doesn't exist on Zillow, doesn't mean much... Were you looking for particular information regarding this home?

This House is not on Zillow, why?
But I have an Offer to Purchase, it does exist, and it's a 4 Family.
Thanks,
Bob
