In Louisville, KY, our prices are stabilizing and our buyer activity is considerably better this Jan than last Jan. We are optimistic that we will see improvement in total sales in 2012.

In Monmouth County NJ, median prices declined 5 - 7% in most towns in 2011. However, in desirable areas (Rumson, Fair Haven, Little Silver, etc.) more homes were sold, the average CDOM was down, and the inventory is down to a 7 - 8 month supply. Encouraging signs, but we'll have to see what happens in 2012.
