ok, well, you could work with me, I would call the company and get you in there. Then, if you liked the home, negotiate the lowest possible price on your behalf.... :) heehee lol
I suggest you call the main number on the sign, and ask for the listing agent for that home. If the floor agent tries to help you, tell them you want the listing agent as they would know the most information about the home, especially if it is not listed on the MLS. Ask him or her to preview the home. If you see the home (only) with someone from the brokerage you DO NOT have to sign a Buyers Agency Agreement,as it is their listing. However to submit an offer with an agent within the same brokerage of the listing you DO have to sign a Dual Agency Agreement. This Agreement acknowledges that the firm will be representing the BUYER and Seller in the SAME transaction.
