This home just sold (on market only 26 days) on 3/16/2009 for $564,000 as a bank owned property. As you can see, home sales are starting to pick up, and the good homes are going quickly. This home was listed at $520,500, and sold for over $40,000 more. We have been seeing a trend towards higher sales prices on homes lately.
