Pauline, I've sent you messages and you never replied. You claim that I'm incorrect, but let's review the facts:
Cedarville's zipcode is 45314.
The property link refers to 48 W North St, OH-45314.
The property you believe this is referring to is in Fairborn.
Fairborn and Cedarville are two distinctly different town/city/locations.
I googled the property you're talking about, here's a link...http://maps.google.com/maps?q=48+west+north+st+fairborn,+ohio&oe=UTF-8&ie=UTF8&hq=&hnear=48+N+West+St,+Fairborn,+Greene,+Ohio+45433&gl=us&t=h&z=16
So, back to my accurate statement...this property is worth $15,000 max for the vacant lot.

It showed up on the front page as all recently posed and answered questions do.
Of course I can understand you wanting to make the correction.
I have just personally never seen a really old question played out like this over this period of time. Most people ask and disappear.
By the way, whatever happened with that property?

lol...yeah, I just remembered zillow.com existed and when I logged into the site, it showed up. Plus, I have a problem when people present information as truth, that is in fact not true. Plus, considering I lived in the village of Cedarville for years and own property there, it seems reasonable to attempt to correct incorrect perceptions of the neighborhood market. I'm slightly curious how you ended up reading about it all the way from Morris County NJ, but I'm sure that you as a realty professional can appreciate my point as I look for the truth to be presented.

Wow. You made this statement (don't see a question) almost 3 1/2 years ago. Someone replied over 2 years later and you gave yourself a best answer for correcting her over a year later than that.
Is there a point to this?

Hate to tell you, but, you are wrong. This home is in a retirement manufactured home community in Fairborn. Please re-check your sources.

This house isn't worth anything...
