Hi Ted -
Here are the instructions you may give to the owner to take down the Make Me Move posting:
1. Go to My Zillow then Favorite Homes.
2. Click the address.
3. On the left-hand side, click Remove Make Me Move price.
4. Choose from the options why you're taking down the listing.
If you need further assistance, please let us know.
Thank you.

Hi,
You can flag the listing (use the button close to the email owner section), select one of the reasons for flag and then fill out the reason. Then they will eventually remove it.
Or you can teach your client to claim house on zillow and then remove listing (if MMM is still there after switch).

This house was sold and before we listed the previous owner used the "Make Me Move" tool. Remove it?
