Are you referring to the stats of homes for sale versus homes for rent. Or the number of homes in the community for sale versus the number of homes in the community?  Not sure there is an answer to this.

As the Zestimates do not use offer prices, but actual sold prices, why would it skew the stats?

But, this is the reason for the "flag" option.   When someone violates Zillows intent and uses "rent" prices, flag it and report it.
