What are the parts in the yard to the west of the circular drive?  A basketball court and a small garden?  Also, who is the manufacturer of the resistance pool?

It IS a lovely property.  You have to see it to really appreciate it...........To the west of the circular drive is a grassy area surrounded by trees.........there is a small raised garden area.  No basketball or tennis court.
