This isn't my home!!

I have asked for a number of months now for Zillow to properly represent my home's correct address.   When I look at the photos it looks as if they at another address.  When will they get it fixed?  How can Zillow really give a proper value to a home with no pictures of inside?

You can "Claim Your Home" and change the details, zillow does have an option in this site, if you need help, email me and I can talk you through it. Or call me

Hi Cheryl,

Are you saying that 2477 Diamond street San Francisco CA 94131 is the wrong address for your house, or it's the right address and the aerial shot is wrong? In other words, the blue MMM house icon on the map attached to the thread below is in the wrong place. Which is it? Wrong house, or wrong address?

If it's the wrong house depicted on the map, refer to this video.

So your house is not five houses down (up?) from Moreland on the north side of the street. You're not the only one having problems getting that type of error corrected>> http://www.zillow.com/adv ... wrong?s=0

Why don't you at least upload a photo of the front. You could also give the correct location of the house in the "Home Info" section, and state that Zillow's birdseye shot is wrong.

You've already gotten good advice as to how to fix the problem with showing the proper home as your own. As for valuation, Zillow's Zestimate is a ballpark figure, clearly not taking into account lots of information such as floor plan, condition of interior, landscaping, etc.

They take their information from recently sold properties in your area and other public records. No one should accept these figures as gospel truth so much as a general guide or estimate.
