My recommendation is to call a local agent. They will be able to contact either the owner or the previous listing agent. If the owner is willing to sell the home you should be able to make an offer. Make sure you are pre-approved before proceeding down this line. Once your pre-approval is in range to the previous listing price and in hand you can move forward. Be ready to preview the home and with the advice of your agent make an offer it if it meets your needs.
Remember the seller pays the agents fees. That said if this house doesn't meet your needs the agent can help you find a more suitable home.

This listing has been removed but there is no public record of sale. How can I make an offer on it?
