Obviously first time home buyers get the $8,000 discount on qualifying properties; offer ends in  a few weeks.

We would love to sell this beautiful home with it being completely remodeled; new carpet, new AC, new bathrooms, new kithcen counters, new paint everywhere. $2,000 in new windows, new gutters. Make us an offer!
