The initial home buyers have a 5 yr. hold on property taxes. I had 1016 Andrews appraised (Countrywide) 6 months ago for $204,000. I am in Midtown and and not Montrose ( which is a completely different area code.

I also want to say that property values in this area have gone from $5.00 a sq. ft. to $40.00 a ft. This area is very "HOT" and Zillow is way off. Camden Apartments is building a huge complex 2 streets over. The cheapest rent is $1100.00 for a 672 sq.ft. apartment.
