Technically Zillow does not get the MLS IDX feeds directly.  They rely on Realtors to subscribe to 3rd party service providers that then provide listings to Zillow.   Unfortunately, some websites relist old listings without the Realtor's approval and Zillow picks those up too. Not a perfect system.

Charlene,

You can setup your own listings by manually inputting them on Zillow, As Spirit said, I would not trust them to do so automatically. This way you can also track the results.

Good Luck!

Hi Charlene,

Keep in mind Zillow is not 100% accurate with the listings, I meet plenty of potential clients interested in a property listed on Zillow, or Trulia but they soon find out the property is already under contract.

Couple of things you can do, you can contact Zillow customer service, I have found them to be helpful and responsive.  Have you manually added the listing on Zillow?  You can do so, and it is free, then you know it is up and on the site. If you wait, they should get the IDX feed and it will post on its own, same thing with Trulia.

Hope this helps and best of luck with your listing(s).
