Just curious to know how many Realtors out there are feeling the pinch of the tightening of Mortgage Guidelines. Any transactions cancelled due to lenders not funding loans?

Why is it people create websites with names that immediately indicate they are not a credible source? I have no idea whether that site is good or bad, but just from the name I doubt it's worth visiting.

I have some loans in my pipeline that have to get a higher rate or a much less favorable loan due to lender programs being changed or completely discontinued.

I suggest lock your loans early. Try a 45-60 day lock if you think delays are possible.
