I have seen foreclosure.com post houses for sale to avoid people from being able to sidestep their site, or whatever other reason maybe, they pull pictures from what appears to be Google (in the past, haven't paid much attention for the past couple of years). I have seen the homes for sale and it was never the actual house for sale and warned people to be careful of walking up to homes and saying the home was in foreclosure, when actually it was a home on the street somewhere on that street, but not the one pictured.
Do it right, get an agent and it will save you a tremendious amount of embarrassment, frustration and just plain wasting time. The shortest trip between two points is a straight line... Avoid all the extra fees spent to find a home for sale and go directly to the source by just getting an agent which will be what you ultimately have to do anyhow.
The buyer's agent isn't going to cost you anything, unless you get tied up into a strange arangement that you should walk away from anyways.
Good luck... (This answers the main question as well as informs others not to fall for the misleading attempts by others)

I would contact the agent that is listed in Zillow to get the situation corrected. Not sure of the legal issues associated with some one updating the wrong address with a picture of a house that is not yours.
Is there a house for sale next door to you or down the street that this could be referencing?
You can talk to a attorney but I think all you would be doing is spending your money because there would have to be some financail harm done before they would be able to go after some one.

I definitely would contact the agent.
It's obviously a data entry error.
I'm not quite sure why an attorney would be necessary? Have you suffered any financial setbacks due to the error?
Have you made contact with the agent and made them aware of the error and given them the opportunity to correct it?

I would blame the agent, and suspect they made a typo.
Zillow is more like a bulletin board for listings, and doesn't vet each listing.
Why a lawyer? When you have a hammer, everything looks like a nail?

I would blame the agent listing your house for sale. I would call their office and talk to their broker. Ask them to have your house removed as it is not for sale and has not been for a quarter century.
It should not happen and either a bad feed caused this or an agent purposefully listed something they should not to gain potential clients.

A lawyer? Wait while I stop laughing - ok now tell us how you have been damaged?

Time for me to get a lawyer?
The agent listed in the sale or Zillow? How could this happen?
