Tiny gnome hut

Profile picture for aeree
Hi! Is it legal to enlarge such a tiny place? Or does the zoning forbid within x feet of property line? Also, I have mediocre credit. How much would a house like this cost me? What are the taxes, please?

Have a great day!

Oops! Sorry I misunderstood your question. I will call the city tomorrow and find out if it can be built on to. Are you thinking of an addition or a garage?

I don't mean enlarge the photo, I mean build onto the property to make it bigger :)

The taxes are $498.04.

As far as what your payments would be, contact a loan officer for a good faith estimate.

Don't let your credit stop you - rates are at a historical low.

As far as your first question, I am unsure how to answer it. The enlargement is simply an aerial photo provided by Zillow.

I would more than happy to send you a listing info sheet so you can see a virtual tour of the property - where would you like me to forward this info?
