Title Insurance and Transfer fees split between Buer and Seller in MD

I just wanted to know some details for First Time home buyerspurchasing property in Maryland. Are the Title Insurance Fees and Transfer fees split 50-50 between buyer and seller.

I meant 1108 and 1202 in the settlement sheet. In my case,I seem to be paying 100% of these.

Can anyone let me know whether, this 50 split is true or not?

Maryland traditionally has the transfer taxes and doc stamps split between buyer and seller; however if the contract says otherwise it can go all to the buyer or all to the seller.

Title insurance almost always paid by the buyer.
