1.  You used the lender's recommended title company = the lender will pay for any excess that is over 10% above the total of all the items listed in the 10% tolerance section of your GFE (which, besides title charges, includes appraisal, credit, recording fees, etc)..

2. You did not use your lender's recommended title company = you're on your own, the lender has no obligation on the matter.
