To Zillow: Duplicate Homes

There are two versions of my condo on here.  one is here and is the incrorect duplicate.  http://www.zillow.com/hom ... 658_zpid/  It is listed twice - once for $372k and once for $340k.  The second one for $340k is the incorrect duplicate.  The address in case the link doesn't work is
1201 N Garfield St APT 201 Arlington, VA 22201.

The other is accurate and has the prior home values.  Can you please remove the duplicate?  There should be no pictures available and only the zestimate and prior sales info. No facts, no descriptions at all.

Thanks - I'll also add that for the 22201 zip code, rents are much higher.  A one bedroom in this building is renting for 2100-2300 right now and a two bedroom is 2900-3200.  And recent sales in this building have values for a one bedroom above 400k. 

I am sure you all have your own formulas, but there is one building a block away that had a lot of issues with prices and sales and it pulls down comps constantly.

Thanks for deleting that one.
