To refinance a rental property in Honolulu, where can I get a Portfolio Loan?

I own a rental property in Honolulu and one of the owner owns more than 10%, so I think if I refinance, I need to get portfolio loan. Who should I get a portfolio loan from? Current load belongs to Chase is about $145k.

It's hard to anwser a blanket question like that more info is needed.
But there are several lenders who will consider unwarrantable condos here in Hawaii, it's usually case by case.
